Photo Upload
We have made it as easy as possible to upload an image. All you need to make sure the image fits the following specification:
- Images must be in Jpeg format
- For the best results we suggest you make the dimensions approx:
- 1000 pixels xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx for the large cakes
- 100 xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx for the cup cakes
- Try and keep photo files less than 3MB in size

Can’t find a design?
We have hundreds of designs to choose from. If you need inspiration or ideas visit our blog for some nice personalised ideas
- Try searching specific words into the search bar e.g cats or 50 etc
I’ve noticed a mistake, can I change or cancel my order?
As soon as you notice a mistake in your order please email our Customer Service Team on xxxxxxxxxxx. Alternatively you can call us 08448 003438. Please note that if your order has already been processed and sent to the bakery we may not be able to change or cancel your order.
Payment Questions
How can I pay for my Cakes?
- We accept XYZ debit/credit cards for direct payments.
- Or you can pay via your Paypal account. if you don't have a PayPal account, you can set one up as part of our checkout process.
Is my payment secure?
- Yes. We take security extremely seriously. We never store your credit card information on any of our computers.
Do you store any information about me?
- Yes, some. We keep your name, email, and a list of your previous orders, to make it easier for you to reorder in the future.

Do you share any stored information with third parties?
- No. And we never will. Ever. (unless you ask us to)
I am ordering for my company, but there isn't a company credit card I can use. Do you accept any other form of payment?
- Not normally, no. But if you're placing a large order, we might be able to make alternative arrangements. Please get in touch[link] and we'll talk it over.
I am VAT registered in the EU; can I claim back the VAT?
- All our products are zero rated so we don’t charge VAT meaning you don’t have to pay VAT so there is nothing to claim back!
Do you do discounts for bulk orders?
- We do. Please click for a list of nice cake’s volume discount
I am having trouble paying for my order!
